To celebrate Pacific Northwest food makers, Scallop is launching the Seattle Spice Challenge. Whether it's chili crisp on ice cream, hot sauce on oysters, spicy tacos, homemade noodles, or a family recipe you've perfected over the years, we want to see your most creative spicy food creation.

Contest Period

Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. PST on July 28, 2026.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.

How to Enter

Submit an eligible entry through Instagram by tagging @ScallopBox, or by emailing your submission to [email address] during the contest period.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by Scallop based on creativity, enthusiasm, and overall quality of the submission. One additional winner may be selected at random from eligible entries. Decisions are final.

Content Rights

By entering, you grant Scallop permission to share, repost, and use your submitted photos, videos, and written content for marketing purposes, with credit whenever reasonably possible.

Notification

Winners will be contacted through Instagram direct message, email, or other contact information provided. If a winner does not respond within seven days, Scallop may select an alternate winner.
