How She Started It:

Lori has always been a baker and owned a brick-and-mortar shop some time ago. She wanted to keep baking something that she could share with a large audience, so she picked shortbread cookies.

That they are entirely handmade. Lori mixes them, rolls them, hand stamps them, and packages them all by herself in her tiny commercial kitchen.

Lori's pies are the bomb. The vegan cinnamon rolls have been her #1 seller year after year, although neither are shippable.
